Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PeptideCRM (the "App"), provided by FNKY Rooster Designs, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for adult business users (18 years of age or older) operating in the peptide and wellness research space. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. For research use only — not medical advice

PeptideCRM is business and client management software. It is not a medical device, is not an electronic medical record, and is not represented as medical advice, diagnosis, prescribing guidance, or a treatment recommendation. All peptides and compounds referenced in the App are presented for research and business tracking purposes only and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for human use.

You are solely responsible for all professional, regulatory, and legal compliance related to your business, your use of the App, and any decisions you make. Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical or legal judgment.

4. Accounts and sign-in

You may create an account using Apple, Google, or an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Because PeptideCRM does not store your business data on a server, your sign-in method is the only way to access your account — if you lose access to it, and have no recent backup, your data may not be recoverable. 5. Subscription

PeptideCRM is offered as a single subscription plan ("Pro") through the Apple App Store: $14.99 per month, or $150 per year. New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first. Pricing is subject to change with notice.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policies — we do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Use the App to store or process the personal or health information of others without appropriate authorization and compliance with applicable privacy laws
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the App to make medical, clinical, or treatment decisions without appropriate professional qualifications

7. Your data

PeptideCRM stores your client and business data locally, on your device. You own that data. We do not access, control, or claim any rights over it. You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate backups — the App will remind you, but creating and storing backups is your responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by FNKY Rooster Designs, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your business in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FNKY ROOSTER DESIGNS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the App. Your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it, regardless of subscription status.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will note material changes with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
